My stay at VROB Property on Lower Roswell Road in Marietta, Georgia was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing vacation rental experiences I have ever had, especially considering the amount of money spent. We paid several thousand dollars for this property and expected a clean, well-maintained, premium experience. Instead, the property fell far below those expectations.Upon arrival, cleanliness was an immediate concern. The home did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and there were bugs present throughout the property. The condition of the pool was particularly concerning, as it was visibly dirty and not maintained to a standard that would make guests feel comfortable using it.For a property marketed at a premium price point, the overall condition and level of upkeep did not justify the cost. Basic expectations such as cleanliness, pest control, and pool maintenance should be consistently met, especially when guests are paying thousands of dollars for their stay.I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe future guests should know what to expect. Based on my experience, this property was a poor value for the money, and I would not choose to stay here again.
