We have to stay the place with out air conditioner! They keep telling people come to fix but never been fix !

Overall the property is in a great location and immediate/easy access to a perfect beachfront area. The townhouse is really a two-level two-bedroom with separate outdoor access to a nice one bedroom apartment with a set of hallway bunks. The setup equals a 3-bedroom overall with plenty of bathrooms and space. All of the beds and beddings plus towels and other linens are very fresh and clean (uses an outside service)!My only concern was the lack of working lamps. Lots of lamps to choose from but only about a few actually worked.Note we had some issues with some of the small appliances, but the host resolved same day with new. That was nice to get that quick resolution.Overall, it is an older townhouse with some quirks, but a great vacation spot. We all enjoyed the stay!

The location is incredible, very short walk to the water which was great for my elderly grand mother. We did not realize the extra king bed and bunkbed had outside only access, rather a stairwell inside the house. This wasn’t ideal, but we were able to work around it, very likely our misunderstanding of the space. The main issue we had were the locks. On our second day the main deck keypad would not lock/unlock the door from the outside, it could only be locked/unlocked from the inside. Then, the downstairs apartment lock stopped working unless locking from the inside. The owner initially had great communication and got a maintenance tech out on the holiday weekend (very appreciative) however the tech couldn’t repair it and mentioned they’ve been trying to get owners to change these specific key pad locks. The owner told me we’d be followed up with. I never heard back from our host and we were there for 7days. We had to leave our personal items unlocked/available downstairs (not connected to remainder of house), as well as our family downstairs being locked out until someone upstairs was awake. It caused a lot of anxiety when going out for meals or events, because we felt we couldn’t be gone too long or someone felt like they needed to stay behind and miss out.

The property was decent. PROS: For the price, it was good enough. It has the essentials for the most part. You can’t beat the balcony views. Plates, cups/glasses were clean. Appliances worked and the top and middle floor AC worked like a charm! Loved having the washer and dryers. CONS: The property needs a little love to jazz it up a bit. It’s very old. There were tons of random things piled high in the master closet and all the kitchen cabinets. The master ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off. The carpet going upstairs was pretty gross. The air filter you could see coming up the stairs was caked with dust and the fans were all super dusty. The coffee maker had a broken spout, which made us nervous every morning that we were going to ingest glass. We had to scrub all the pots and pans we used before we could use them because there was old food caked on. The downstairs living room where there’s a pullout is hot. It does not get enough air and the bottom floor door often wouldn’t clasp shut. We asked for a fan and they brought us a fan with, no lie, and 1/2” of cakes on dust we had to scrub off before we could use it to get the downstairs area some air.The location is perfect for a family who wants to be on the beach, just know it’s not a “nice” unit. All it would take is a little detail cleaning and clutter removal to make it more manageable.

Stan was hands down one of the best hosts we’ve had! He was super accommodating and responsive. The beachfront view was second to none and the property was super clean! He really takes care and sweat the details from providing a sample itinerary and recommendations to beach gear and much more!
