Nice apartment, bad service from the agent

Instructions for picking up the keys were poor. We waited until the featured time of 4pm only to find the office not open. We waited and waited, then discovered the keys were in the locked box which was meant to be used for pick ups after 6pm. No one told us. Appalling. Especially when it's very hard to park a car in Nice. Then the washing machine broke down with our clothes locked inside it for nearly 24hrs. We had to leave with wet clothes the next morning, and there was no compensation for this. The apartment was lovely though.

Location tres agreable,et tres bien equipee.nous avons trouve tout ce que il fallait pour être confortablement installes.etant originaire de la ville,nous pouvons confirmer que le rapport qualité/prix est excellent,et le secteur tres calme ,proche de toutes commodités(trains,trams,commerces).nous reviendrons!
