The appartement has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (balcony), a bright living room with a large sofa (double bed) open to a fitted kitchen (balcony), a bathroom, separated toilet. Cot available for babies and young children.

This apartment is welcoming, cozy and bright, it has a holiday look with its blue-green and white tones. The light oak brushed parquet floor and the modern American kitchen bring a touch of modernity.

Location
The apartment is located 7 minutes from the central station of Nice and tram (chrono in hand), and 15 minutes from Nice airport by car (30 minutes by bus).

Access:
- Acces by train: central train station, or tram stop "gare Thier"
- Acces by bus: stop "gare routiere" + take the tram direction Nice Nord "Henri Sappia".
- Acces by car, by the "voie Mathis", exit "Cimiez".

The neighborhood !
It is at the corner of rue Miron / Pertinax. Located on the top floor, you will look like a sailor and the sun, 2 beautifully flowered balconies.
This apartment is located in the center of Nice, in a lively area (Lepante). You will find everything! Located 2 steps from Jean Médecin, cinemas, the market of the liberation, and 7 min chrono in hand of the train station!

At the bottom of the building, you can enjoy the takeaway dishes of the organic caterer or 5 min away, the tasty bread and cookies Mama Baker (organic bakery).

I will be available as much as possible to welcome you and answer your requests during your stay. In case I won't be available for any reason, you will always have an interlocutor available for you.

Great location. I would definitely stay here again. Checking in was not ideal and we had to wait longer than stated on the listing but the location and space made up for it.

The apartment is very basic, but comfortable, clean and very centrally located. 2 minutes walk to the Tram stop, 5 minutes to the train, and 8 minutes walk to one of Nice biggest markets (Libération market). We even walked to the old city. We had everything that we needed, and the owner was very nice and responsive. The bed was comfortable, washing machine and elevator worked perfectly. 2 supermarkets were very close.

Very nice and spacious flat with great views. Apartment was bright, comfortable, and clean. Conveniently located near train station and within walking distance to Old Nice and the waterfront. Many restaurant and market options directly nearby. Instructions to find the unit were very useful, the only confusion was finding the correct train station terminal as the signage at transit stops was unclear. The host was very communicative and helpful. Air conditioner and fan helped for the summer heat, and laundry was a plus.

We loved our stay in Nice, the flat was cozy and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The area is very close to shops and transport, we were able to walk everywhere. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again for another time.

Great Location

The flat is in a perfect location, you can easily reach the train station or Place Massena in few minutes by foot. The host was great too, very communicative and accommodating. She did everything possible to make our stay comfortable.

Host was excellent and the property was clean and had everything needed. There is a lift in the building to take you to the top floor. The balcony shown in the photos is no longer accessible as it is used for the air conditioner. However, there is a larger balcony off the main living room which is excellent. Air conditioning in main bedroom works well. We stayed with our two children (5 and 8) on the large pull out bed in living room and it was cool enough for them to sleep well. Great location, only 5 mins walk to Nice train station or Notre Dame and 20mins to the sea front. 300m to the Gare Thiers tram stop. Lovely bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby. Quiet area at night.

Spacious and decent

The apartment was very spacious and had multiple Juliet balconies which looked out onto the city. The apartment looked as listed and had everything we needed. The problems we had included not receiving any check in instructions and we had difficulties finding the building and then again finding the unit. The apartment was also not in the safest area. We also were not given toilet paper and were told we had to buy our own. Overall the apartment was fine but would not recommend if you plan to spend lots of time there.

The flat is in the city centre of Nice that is a very safe place. There are cameras everywhere and police. It is a cosmopolitan because it very central. It is not necessary to frighten people... I have never been stolen or mugged. I remember sending you bitterest of the building for the access. Usually there is no issue to find the building. And for the toilet paper. I am very sorry. Usually there is always one paper roll left in the flat. Big error. And I am very sorry for that. I told you to buy one because I leave far from Nice and I was not able to come back for a paper roll available in the shop next to the building. It is important to explain the context in comments.

We loved our stay here! The apartment is in a great location, in a quieter and less touristy neighbourhood while still being very convenient. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the train station and a 20-minute walk down to Old Nice. The apartment was very cute, clean, and well equipped. The top-floor balconies are a huge bonus, and having air conditioning and a washing machine made a big difference during our stay. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Tolle Lage des Appartements in der Nähe des Gare Thier. Wir haben das zu Ausflügen nach Monaco, Menton und Cannes genutzt. Die Fußgängerzone mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig gelegen. Appartement war im 5. Stock und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Sehr nette Vermieterin mit guter Kommunikation.
