From the moment you step inside, you'll be surrounded by beautiful coastal colors and a relaxed island atmosphere. The comfortable living room features a plush leather chaise sofa, smart TV, additional chairs, and ottomans, creating plenty of space to settle in and unwind after a day of enjoying the beach and all that the island has to offer.

A KITCHEN MADE FOR GATHERING -
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need if you choose to dine in during your stay. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or cooking a leisurely dinner with family and friends, you'll have the conveniences of home at your fingertips.
Start your mornings with your choice of a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig or drip coffee maker, then step outside and enjoy the beginning of another beautiful island day.

The well-furnished balcony is an inviting extension of the living space and offers a wonderful place to relax outdoors. A dining table with seating for six makes it easy to enjoy meals al fresco while taking in the view. Gather around the table for dinner, enjoy your morning coffee, or simply sit back and relax as you soak up the coastal atmosphere.

A PRIVATE MASTER RETREAT -
When it's time to unwind, retreat to the privacy of the spacious master suite. The room features a comfortable king bed, wall-mounted TV, and private ensuite bathroom, providing a peaceful space to relax and recharge. The master suite also includes a convenient laundry closet with your own washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with laundry during longer stays or after a fun-filled day at the beach.

COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR EVERYONE -
The guest suite features a comfortable queen bed, making Sea Ya Next Tide an ideal getaway for two couples traveling together. For additional sleeping space, you'll find hallway bunk beds outfitted with memory foam mattresses, providing a comfortable option for both kids and adults. With thoughtful sleeping arrangements and inviting shared spaces, everyone can enjoy their own comfortable place to relax while still having plenty of room to gather together.

At Sea Ya Next Tide, the pace is relaxed, the atmosphere is coastal, and your next island memory is waiting to be made.

Maravilla has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Sea Ya Next Tide that include three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Guests have access to free WiFi in their condo. Looking to keep up your exercise regimen? Take a nice long walk along the Seawall at sunrise.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Sea Ya Next Tide. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Laundry located on site and in the unit.

All fees and services subject to 15% tax.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of our many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Postoffice where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or "Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream!" The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. We love our festivals and special events here in Galveston!

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. Beach Time Vacation Rentals wants our visitors to be able to start their vacation without a hitch. We also have each condo ready with a starter set of essentials including toilet paper for both bathrooms, a roll of paper towels, linens and bath towels, a couple of dishwashing tablets, and a couple of trash bags. Each bathroom has a guest size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We welcome you to Sea Ya Next tide...where you can definitely enjoy the views and the beach. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.
