At the end of the day, retreat to the spacious primary bedroom featuring a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity, walk-in closet, and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom offers a twin bunk set and a full-size bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.

The complex provides two gyms, three pools, an open courtyard with gas grills, and garage parking for one vehicle with a parking pass. A second unmarked parking space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need additional parking, a pay-by-day or night city parking is conveniently located next door, at the Little Island Park and Fishing Pier.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SANCTUARY PLANS TO OPEN ITS 3 POOLS MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOLS AT ANY TIME, AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THIS. COULD BE CONSTRUCTION, WEATHER, REPAIRS, ETC.
Please Note: Pets are not permitted in any of our condo rentals due to the condominium association's rules and regulations.
Condominium amenities and grounds are managed, maintained, and scheduled for opening and closing by the local condo management association.
Homes are furnished and decorated to the individual Owner's taste.
