For shared use: property (fenced). Motor access to 100 m from the house. 100 m footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 1 km, bar 800 m, bicycle rental 500 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Lugano" 25 km, ferry "Menaggio" 5 km, shingle beach "Menaggio" 5.5 km, grass beach "Porlezza (Lago di Lugano)" 8.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5.5 km. Marina 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 3 km, surf school 9 km, minigolf 5.5 km, riding stable 9 km, cycle lane 300 m. Nearby attractions: Menaggio, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Como, Lugano. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Monti di Gottro, Monte Galbiga, Breglia-Rifugio di Menaggio. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Animals in the neighbourhood.
