This 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome offers king bedrooms, bonus twin sleeping, a private garage, beach storage, updated interiors, and multiple outdoor spaces made for coffee, grilling, and sunset views.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom includes a king bed, TV, separate seating area with two armchairs, Gulf views, and a private balcony with Adirondack seating. Two twin beds provide additional sleeping space and are connected to the master bathroom area.
