Beautiful view; very clean unit; great beach access; kitchen, bathrooms very well stocked. All beach necessities (chairs, towels, toys) supplied. Communication with host was excellent. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend.

We've stayed in several properties from this host and they are always wonderful! Mary is so kind and has excellent communication. This condo has several key upgrades, including wonderful mattresses - which is so helpful for a restful vacation. We love this place, the view, and that we can walk right out the front door and be on the beach. It's so quiet and private in this section of town. We'll be back soon!

This property was absolutely perfect for us. From our own private beach to the well-stocked kitchen, all the details made our vacation one to remember. The house was absolutely beautiful! It was close to everything, shopping, food, fishing. You could not ask for a better location. The house included everything we needed including beach towels, beach toys, chairs,Great communication with the owner. Would recommend - we will be back!

Best access to beach

The location is perfect. With little kids, the access to the sand couldn't have been better. Bayou Bills and Shades were great dinner spots and Publix is super close too.

Great property, right on the beach!

It was a great property, the owner has done a very nice job remodeling the property and did a great job with decorating. It is located right on the beach with excellent beach/ocean views! Comfortable with everything you need!

Beautiful place

A comfortable, beautiful, condo right on. the beach. It is on the quiet end away from all the traffic and noise. We have stayed several times and love it here.

Wonderful Location and Condo

Wow - this place is very well appointed. Everything you could need for a perfect beach vacation. Having use of the beach chairs and umbrellas was a plus. Access to the beach was top notch. Mary is an excellent and attentive host. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking.

Mary was an incredible host. Great communication and extremely accommodating. Her home was perfect and just like the photos. You walk right onto the beach. The water is crystal clear. There are only townhouses or homes, so the beach is not crowded. The house had everything needed for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, floats, etc. No need to take up space or get sand in your car! It was also super convenient that a hose was on the porch to rinse feet and chairs. The main king bed was so comfortable too! The kitchen was fully stocked, including an espresso machine, Kureg, and drip coffee machine. The location has two grocery stores in walking distance. Ubers can be taken to restaurants in PCB or 30A. We will definitely be back again!

Wonderful as always!!

The location is absolutely amazing. Away from all the crowds. We have stayed here before and will absolutely do so again! I cant think of anything we needed that wasn’t there! From the cleanliness, beautiful decor, and furniture I don’t think I could have asked for more. Mary is absolutely wonderful and can’t thank her enough!

Perfection

This unit has everything you could possibly need. It is beautifully decorated and directly on the beach. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets await you. Mary was an excellent host. Her communication before during and after really made a difference. Don’t hesitate to book this unit.

Beautiful Townhouse & Great Owner!

The place is perfectly located on the western end of PCB - front beach road, away from all the madness of PCB. It is so convenient, with parking right in front of the townhouse door. Once inside, it’s decorated beautifully, and everything has a touch of tech. From push button recliners, to lighted mirrors, the adjustable and massaging master bed, and ice machine - just makes vacationing even easier. Then the shower…rain shower…I could’ve spent hours in the shower after a long day on the beach. It felt so good. Lastly, the sliding door opens to a small patio that’s right on the beach! No climbing stairs, no long boardwalks, no elevator banks! Just step right out onto the sand and enjoy the day at the beach!! It was PERFECT! Very quiet at night, no noise from neighbors, partying teenagers in squatted trucks, etc. It was a wonderful stay! The owner was communicative, responsive and very kind throughout booking, checking in and even after our stay.

Mary has the loveliest taste in decor and all of the most modern amenities available. Anything you could ever need for the most perfect vacation! All just one step from the beach!

I cannot recommend this condo highly enough! Mary has paid attention to every detail and stoked it fuller than any condo I’ve stayed in before. The view, the location, the area it’s in, everything is perfect. Anyone can recharge and relax here and we’ll be back!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We were fortunate enough to rent from someone we knew that owned one of the townhouses. Since they so rarely came up for sale when someone wanted to sell we happily bought it. After changing everything from a guy pad to match our style we opened it up to rent. When the last storm came through we bought another unit there and stopped renting this town house. We redecorated with top of the line appliances and made it more like our home away from home. Since we live on a lake we aren't down as often so we decided to open our vacation home up again to adults that are responsible and take care of nicer places then you usually have at the beach.
