Seashore is a wonderful 2 story Townhouse...step directly out on the beach, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and a bonus room,
Seashore is over 1300 sq-ft with 2 Stories, 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths, upstairs and downstairs living. Full kitchen, and all amenities including furniture and grill on back deck. Watch the sunsets while grilling out. Just a few steps to the sandy beach. Each bedroom has two queen beds, bonus room has a twin/twin bunk Downstairs there is a queen size sleeper sofa. Seashore is located directly on the beach...wake up to the sound of the waves. Currently updated and tastefully decorated. Grill on the back deck.

Minutes from all 30A restaurants and the local Bayou Bill and very close to Winn Dixie, CVS and Publix.

Great place to stay! Would rent here again. Tips for other renters: bring coffee filters, salt and pepper, extra toilet paper and paper towels.

The location of Seashore 108 was just what we were looking for. A quiet place with a beachfront view.The townhouse itself left much to be desired. The parking accommodations are tight to begin with, but we had a 4 foot square hole in the parking area direct infront of our parking space.We had to either get other guest in the complex to more their vehicle or we had to move ours to allow each other to get in or out. This situation was actually dangerous because someone had to stand in front of my truck to guide me by the hole and make sure I didnt hit the hole or the support beams of the building getting out.I contacted the management of the facility and all I got was excuses about the HOA of the complex, as well as being told I could find another place to park around the facility.The rooms were all furnished very low-end furnishings and beddings. The pictures on the website had different furnishings completely. There was enough sand between the sheets of one bed for a child to play in. The hand rail on the stairway was loose from the wall in two places.The patio furniture was as bad as I've ever seen. I would not have picked any of it up on the side of the road.I really can't believe a reputable reality person would put guest in such a place, even for half the amount I actually paid.The only excuse I got from management was "I should realize how bad this place was before the owners spent a lot of money repairing things. only complaint is AC or lack there of

great location, nice condo but no central AC. each room had a portable ac and for the bedrooms it was fine, but those of us on the main floor (sofa bed) it was not comfortable because of the heat.

Disappointed

Property was still under construction, drilling started at 8 am., pool was a mess, deck was under construction, no water by beach to wash off sand, townhouse was very humid, couldn’t lock the upstairs door leading to the outside, work being done in the garage covered car with white dust, beach chairs and tent were covered in white dust. Not what I would call a pleasant vacation. Surely not for what I was charged

Place was clean, host was excellent, beach view was amazing! They need to put info on how to use TV and have updated batteries in remotes! None of our TV worked in any rooms due to no batteries when we checked in but, finally the host fixed the problem! Its a great family place to stay and I will be staying there again! My grandchildren had a blast!
