Strict Apartment Rules:
No Pets
No Smoking in the apartment (only on deck)
No Children! No one allowed under 18 years old.

Keyless keypad entry. Code will be given prior to check in.

For parking, each apartment has 1 designated spot with a sign for our guests. Only 1 Car allowed, no exceptions. The parking lot is shared with the restaurants below and is used for restaurant customers.

Other things to note
The apartment does not allow children at all and will not be rented to any guests under the age of 18. Person booking must be at least 25 years old. If on day of check in there are children, your booking will be cancelled immediately. This is for adult getaways only.

Due to Covid, all cooking ingredients; salt, pepper, oil & spices will NOT be included.
