Whether you are bringing your boat, planning a fishing adventure, or simply enjoying life on the water, this home is truly a boater’s paradise.

The spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and features two luxurious primary suites, three bedrooms have king beds, and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds making it ideal for families, couples, anglers, and group getaways alike.

Step outside to your private tropical oasis featuring a heated/chilled resort-style pool, expansive waterfront patios, cornhole, and plenty of space to relax and entertain. Guests also enjoy complimentary use of 5 bicycles, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 5 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler, fish cleaning station, separate bait freezer, and additional garage refrigerator for drinks and extra storage. Ample parking is available for up to four vehicles and two boat trailers of any size.

Inside, Mockingbird Cove offers refined yet relaxed interiors with designer furnishings, open-concept living spaces, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen complete with everything needed for extended stays, including a crockpot and everyday essentials. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, creating comfort and privacy for every guest. Towels, linens, paper products, toiletries, and starter essentials are fully stocked for a seamless stay from the moment you arrive.

Additional mid-week cleaning service is available on Wednesday or Thursday for an additional fee of $350.
