Penthouse on the Los Cristianos beachfront, with spectacular views of the Atlantic and the neighboring island of La Gomera. The complex has a pool that is heated to 27 degrees (81º F) all year round, direct access to the beach and free parking space in the garage. It also has all the amenities, such as Wifi fiber (600 Mb), fans and also air condition in both bedrooms, wine cellar, fully folding terrace door, etc…
The holiday home consists of a living-dining room open to the balcony and a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with sea views, access to the balcony, built-in closet and a comfortable bed of 1.50 m, a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a built-in closet and two bathrooms with shower.
The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Los Cristianos and surrounded by countless stores, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, which invite you to taste the local cuisine. The pier where you can buy fresh fish every day, as well as offering a multitude of excursions for dolphin and whale watching is just a 5 minute walk away.
