Unwind in this peaceful Sea Woods escape where coastal charm meets comfort. Unit 247 is set in a lush, nature-filled community just minutes from the beach. A short scenic walk along private paths leads you to the Atlantic shoreline for sun, surf, and sunset strolls, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and coastal living in New Smyrna Beach.
Enjoy access to three community pools, including one heated year-round. Fully equipped with essentials for a smooth, comfortable, stress-free stay.
The space
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
⌂ Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable king-size bed with soft sheets, Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom.
⌂ Second Bedroom: Furnished with a bunk bed featuring a queen on the bottom and a twin on top — perfect for families or friends traveling together.
⌂ Two full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, soap, and shampoo
♦ Living Room
Unwind after a day at the beach in a cozy living area with plush seating and a large Smart TV. Enjoy your favorite shows or spend time with the provided games and books for a relaxing evening indoors.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.
Early Check-In:
$50 add-on (3:00 pm instead)
$75 add-on (2:00 pm instead)
Late Check-Out:
$100 add-on (11:00 am instead)
$150 add-on (12:00 pm instead)
In compliance with different local ordinances and our insurance provider, you might be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement ensures transparency and protects both parties.
We do not accept bookings from guests rated below 4 stars. Guests with ratings between 4 and 4.5 stars will require approval from management.
Important Mail & Delivery Notice
Please note that we do not have access to the mailbox at the property, as all community mailboxes are strictly reserved for long-term renters and property owners only.
If you are expecting any deliveries, it is very important to ensure that your items are not sent to the community mailboxes, as we will not be able to retrieve them and they may be returned or lost.
Kindly be aware that some parcels, depending on their size, may be classified by couriers as standard mail and routed to the mailbox instead of being delivered directly to the home. For this reason, we strongly recommend checking with your merchant or seller in advance regarding how your order will be delivered.
If the delivery may be handled as standard mail, we highly discourage proceeding with that order to avoid any issues.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to Sea Woods amenities and common areas.
Free parking is available onsite for one vehicle.
