Located in Estepona, the holiday accommodation "Apartamento Entre Estepona-Marbella" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the entire accommodation, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna, a table tennis table and a shared gym with equipment are available for your use. A high chair and a baby cot (for a fee) are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a whirlpool, a garden, an open terrace and an outdoor shower. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool which is available year-round, a children's pool and a tennis court.

The complex is located just a short walk from public transport, supermarkets, a restaurant and pharmacies. Furthermore, the shopping centre La Cañada is situated a 20-minute drive away.

A parking space is available on the property and 1 in a garage. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. The property has step-free access and a step-free interior. The doors are wide and easy to access. Please respect the community guidelines. The pools are closed during the night. Please do not leave your children unattended in the pool area.

An elevator is available in the building. Beach/pool towels are provided.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Pros: Kan verkligen rekommendera er att hyra denna lägenhet. Mycket fin lägenhet i ett fint område. Här finns allt man behöver för att koppla av och njuta någon eller några veckor. En hyresvärd som verkligen bryr sig och vill att allt ska vara till belåtenhet. Ett väl fungerande wifi som gjorde att vi kunde se svensk TV på kvällar och morgon genom att ta med vår Cromecast och vår Comhem app. Perfekt om man inte åker ner för ett partyliv. :-) Om jag ska försöka hitta något som inte var så bra så var det stranden. Mycket sten, men har man bil så finns det bra stränder i närheten. Och vem behöver en strand när det finns ett fantastiskt poolområde 5 meter från altanen?

Zowel binnen als buiten alles super netjes en schoon. Dat geldt overigens voor het hele complex. Wij zijn eind mei geweest. Het was er rustig en zaten soms met drie gezinnen aan het zwembad, bijna privé bad.

Pros: The appartment is lovely, very well equipped, there’s so many towels and beach towels, the kitchen as everything and more than you need... the patio/veranda area is a good shaded place for children...no English TV (that we could find!) but it’s a smart tv so we linked our iPad, they have WiFi. They have a washing machine and a dryer (we couldn’t get the dryer to work, but think that was us not knowing how to use properly!) it’s a gated facility with a gated underground car park, beautiful grounds and swimming pools with lifeguards. The only downfall is mosquitos!! We actually spent a fortune trying every spray you could pick up but still we have come home like we have chicken pox! If not for this I would have given this property 100%, when speaking to the hairdresser he said that the whole of the Costa Del sol have had a problem this year so maybe not necessarily a problem just here, never the less it was awful! I was wary about paying cash on arrival but the people who own/deal with this property are 100% legit and trustworthy... There is a Aldi 5min flat walk away, and a beach 5min walk too, we hired a car but you’re a few minutes from the A7 which I assume the bus runs from... 45 min drive from Malaga airport

Pros: Spacious and clean two bedroom apartment with excellent access to a number of attractions along the Costa Del Sol. The apartment was very well equipped, with comfortable seating and a good sized terrace. As we were there at the end of January, the air conditioning/heating was a welcome godsend. Very highly recommended.
