The "Ami House Roma" holiday apartment is located in the heart of Rome and is the perfect accommodation for your trip to the Italian capital. The 75 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, and a smart TV with streaming services. The second bedroom is adjacent to the living room and benefits from air conditioning when the door is left open.



Pets are allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours. There is an elevator in the building. E-bikes can be rented. Airport shuttle service is available on request. The property follows recycling rules; more information is provided on site.

Great place to stay in walkable Rome

Lovely property with very responsive property manager. Accommodations were clean and accessible and plenty of room four 4 early 20s travelers.

Great Location for Train Commuters

I stayed here for a weekend following a work trip. Tourism in Rome was pretty crazy (typical for the summer), but this area was quaint and located slightly outside most of the hustle and bustle, which was great! There are still plenty of restaurants close by, and it was an easy walk to the Spanish square and Villa Borghese. It was very close to the train station - an easy walk for me with a large suitcase. A great location if you don't have a car or don't want to hassle with a taxi.

Cozy house just near to the station and metro

Pros: The house is really cozy and Antonio and his wife are great hosts. We had all the necessities like water and coffee and a warm welcome from them! I would surely suggest this stay! Cons: Nothing bad to say, one thing can be related to the low pressure of the water in the shower.

Nice apartment

The owner, Antonio, was very kind and excellent communicator. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood away from tourists, yet, there are restaurants, coffee shop(s), mini market within comfortable walking distance. In a matter of fact there is a very nice restaurant-would definitely recommend it-under the building. The apartment was comfortable and clean, situated on fourth floor. Needed to make multiple trips, four of us with our carry ons while using the tiny elevator. Unfortunately, it was rather noisy couple of nights since people tend to congregate on sidewalk and talk rather loud way past 1:00/2:00 AM. One negative were the shower stalls. Extremely tiny. I'm physically slim, and yet, had great difficulty maneuvering within that space. The coffee machine did not work which we alerted Antonio, and to our surprise, he arranges a replacement machine delivered while we were out. That was extremely nice!

Lugar tranquilo, cerca estación y no muy lejos de todo

Pros: Muy limpio, agradable, cómodo, tranquilo y con detalles por parte de la propiedad. 4ª planta con ascensor. Fácil de hacer el check-in gracias a toda la información del propietario que ha seguido el proceso por wsp. Cualquier incidencia o comentario se resuelve inmediatamente, puesto que está atento y responde al instante en todo. Supermecado a 4' - Pizzeria en bajos del edificio - Bus, tren y metro a 5'. A 15-20' a pie de Fontana Trevi / Monumento Vittorio Emanuelle / Columna Trajano. Cons: Nada. Todo fue super bien.

Muy recomendable

El apartamento es muy bonito y tiene todas las comodidades. Hemos estado como en casa. El trato con el propietario ha sido muy fácil desde el principio y se ha preocupado por saber si habíamos llegado bien y si todo estaba en orden. Además, está bien situado tanto para llegar a la estación Termini como para ir a la zona turística. Sin duda, repetiría en este alojamiento y lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Fin de semana genial.

Pros: Anfitrión muy amable. El apartamento muy bien ubicado y muy limpio. Nos dejó un detalle de bienvenida. El día de la salida, nos llamó un taxi para llevarnos al aeropuerto. Sin duda, muy recomendable.
