This location can't be beat. Enjoy proximity to amazing beaches, Pismo Marshes, parks, and golf courses. The home itself is spectacular with highlights including an enclosed yard and spacious common areas that are great for large groups. Beach chairs are even provided for use during your stay

Relax in the living room for a family movie night. Or take a nap on the plush sofa. A Nintendo Switch and children's games are available for guest use. For mealtimes, take advantage of the large kitchen, and then dine together at the dining table. Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers provide convenient morning brew options. The furnished balcony gets plenty of great light, so be sure to spend leisurely time there with a book and a cool drink. The private primary en suite boasts a separate tub for luxurious soaks after the day's adventures. Additional perks of this lovely home include a fireplace, grill, and washer/dryer.

Nice location in Grover Beach, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. House was clean and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyed our stay!

Great place for Christmas!

Had a great time utilizing this house. Had 3 dogs with us and the hosts were awesome and very accommodating. The house has a great location and we would love to stay there again!

The location is good very close to Pismo Beach and the neighborhood seems safe. We enjoyed our walks. The patio was comfortable. We were able to enjoy the sea breeze on it. The house was nice. However, the bedspread in the master bedroom, while clean, had stains that looked like urine, so it was unsettling for sleep. There was trouble accessing Wi-Fi, so we didn’t have any for the first 24 hours. The property manager team responded fairly quickly to let us know that we needed to unplug the main hub and try plugging it back in hoping for Service, which we got. There’s no cable TV-just streaming. Parking is minimal just the two car garage. But it was nice to have a garage. There was a sign to remove shoes while in the house, which we were not told about ahead of time, but we did comply. Overall, it was a nice time, but very expensive for a three night stay as the Vrbo charge alone was a whopping 700 aside from the Home rental. in the future, I think I will go with just a property manager who is not associated with Vrbo. Vrbo is getting too expensive.

Great Family Vacation Spot!!!!

Great house in a great location!! Perfect for two families of four. Had all of the amenities and was very well thought out. Coffee bar gets 5 gold stars!!!! Will definitely be a repeat.

Great weekend!

Stayed the weekend for my son’s football tournament nearby. The home was great! Well equip with everything you would need for a weekend away. The home was beautiful and spacious for our party. The location was perfect to visit nearby beaches and near shopping areas. Will definitely stay again.

Great House

The house was really nice. The beds were comfy. My daughter enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings (you can see the beach). The owners made sure that everything is taken care of. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean and Comfortable. Great for Dogs!

Nice place to stay. 1 block from the local park. Longer but nice walk to the beach, or drive (there is a free parking lot at the beach). Doggie door to the fenced yard! We always felt safe.

Comfortable in GroverBeach

Home is compact but quite comfortable. And the puppies loved the carpet. Dog door was also an unexpected bonus. We enjoyed the stay and would certainly recommend and come back.
