Waterfront home on the Rio Grande with washer/dryer, deck, & amazing views

Enjoy a relaxing riverside retreat in this remodeled home along the Rio Grande, where year-round outdoor adventures and peaceful mountain scenery come together. Located on a stretch of Gold Medal waters known for excellent trout fishing, this inviting getaway is ideal for anglers, skiers, and anyone looking to unwind in the beauty of Colorado.

Inside, burnished floors, comfortable furnishings, and a propane fireplace create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. After a day spent fishing or exploring the surrounding mountains, settle in by the fire and enjoy a quiet evening at home.

The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quality cookware, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before heading out to a relaxing dinner with family and friends. When night falls, take advantage of the telescope to admire the area's beautiful, clear skies.

Winter visitors will appreciate the convenience of the two-car garage, offering sheltered parking and a place to keep your vehicles out of the snowfall before heading to the slopes at nearby Wolf Creek Ski Area, known for its abundant powder. When you're ready for a change of scenery, the historic town of Creede is about 20 miles away, with local shops, restaurants, museums, and live theater.

Whether you're planning a fishing-focused escape, a snowy mountain adventure, or a peaceful getaway by the river, this remodeled home offers a comfortable place to experience the best of the South Fork area.

This was our 4th trip to South Fork. This cabin is by fair the best one we have ever stayed in. Loved being right on the river. There was a lot of corn hole played as well.
