Offering gorgeous views of the mountains that surround Steamboat Springs, EagleRidge Lodge 302 is a deluxe mountain condo located just steps from the slopes and the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. Inside, you'll find a sparkling, stainless steel kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large dining table with seating for six (perfect for homemade meals or family board game nights), and a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and easy access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. Whether you choose to spend your days skiing, hiking, or exploring this charming mountain town, you'll come home to amazing mountain views, a private washer/dryer to refresh your wardrobe, and fantastic shared amenities that include a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle to connect you to Steamboat's countless attractions.

This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Great view

Great view of the mountain. Great location. Easy to walk to the slopes or take the shuttle. Convenient shuttle to take you anywhere in town. Plenty of space for our family of 4. We would stay here again.

Nicely furnished . They have thought of all the necessities. Great shuttle service to the ski hill or town. Enjoyed the pool/hot tubs. Front desk staff very friendly. The ski locker was great. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Steamboat Weekend

We absolutely loved our stay with Vacasa. We stayed in room 302 at the EagleRidge Lodge. They had everything we needed. The room was quiet and clean. No air conditioning but we learned not many places have them in Steamboat. We opened the windows and loved the fresh air. We recommend this place and definitely will stay again when we come back

Winter Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo in Steamboat. The condo was clean and comfortable. All of the comforts of home are included. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. The building is a quick walk away from the base of the mountain but the shuttle ride is great when you are carrying ski gear. The views from the condo were stunning. I would definitely return to this condo.

Would love to rent this again!

This condo was awesome! Great view of the slopes and a very short walk to base camp. Shuttle was also nice and very reliable. It runs every 15 minutes. The ski locker in the lobby was a super big bonus for us. Beds were very comfy. Nice bathrooms. Only negative was when checking in we were told we only have 1 parking spot. We needed 2 which is what was advertised. I had to prove it to front desk person which took some time. There is in fact 2 parking places. I will rent this again next time I’m in town.

AMAZING CONDO in Steamboat!

Everything from the communication from the owners to the experience was amazing. The condo was very well managed and we will for sure go back!!
