Stay comfortably in Lake Havasu City at this well-maintained, spacious 4-bedroom home. Featuring 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and bunk beds with a trundle (3 twins), perfect for extended families and/or close family friends. 3 full bathrooms are conveniently & privately located throughout. The house offers heating and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season.

This delightful home invites you to relax and unwind after a day of adventure in the entertainment-style backyard with a pool and upper deck to enjoy sunsets and lake views.

Conveniently located in a great neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac, in the center of Lake Havasu. Close to everything this city has to offer...grocery shopping, boutiques, restaurants and bars, are within a 3–5-minute drive. The Marina at the London Bridge is about 10 minutes away. Boating, off-roading, Golfing, Hiking and exploring terrain throughout surrounding areas is easily accessible.

This home has been in our family for 20+ years, and we still visit frequently. Our joyous memories throughout our stays have encouraged us to share and hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do. Our excellent Hosts will be happy to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay.

Having enjoyed our family's private lake get-away for the past 20+ years, we've decided it was to time to share our delight with others and hope the memories they create will bring immense joy and endure as ours have.

Over 20 years ago when our children were still young, we were initially drawn to this home for a variety of reasons. It's in one of the most entertaining cities in AZ, from boating to off-roading and everything in between. Our home is centrally located in the middle of the city, tucked in a small, friendly neighborhood, on a quiet cul-de-sac, allowing our children the freedom to roam safely. Now that our children are Adults with "littles" of their own, we still gather here to continue the legacy with their young.

Location! Location! Location! Navigating boats, trailers, and off-road vehicles can be challenging throughout the city. We are a straight shot to the London Bridge Marina. No gnarly turns or narrow roads. With a large open concept kitchen, dining, living area, there are multiple seating options to gather as a group. Bedrooms are separated between the living room area, so privacy is ample when needed. The separation is also convenient for extended families or family friends. Kid-friendly with safe outdoor space in the cul-de-sac. Added bonus? A large entertainment style backyard with pool, deck, multiple seating spaces, and greenspace breaking up the monotony of the desert landscape.
