House Rules & Important Information

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please review the following:

No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors due to the specialized cleaning required.

No Illegal Drugs

Illegal drugs are not permitted on the property. Any violation may result in immediate removal from the property and a $2,000 penalty fee.

Private Home

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces.

Outdoor Amenities

Guests are welcome to enjoy the private backyard and pergola during their stay.

Transportation Assistance

Private transportation arrangements may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Check-Out

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

A grace period until 11:05 AM is provided. After that, a fee of $100 per 15-minute increment may apply to accommodate cleaning and incoming guest schedules.

Stairs
Please note that the bedrooms are located upstairs. Guests must use stairs to access the sleeping areas.

Quiet Hours

Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and overnight hours.
