The Space:

Situated in the South Slope district in the brand-new 145 Biltmore Avenue building, this condo provides a prime locale within walking distance to all downtown has to offer. Walk to the best of the city from the unbeatable locale of this condo, including shops, breweries, cafes, and parks. Additional entertainment can be found at the Western North Carolina Nature Center, the River Arts District, or the Botanical Gardens at Asheville. Schedule a day of tubing, ziplining, hiking, or mountain biking for outdoor adventures. A fusion of art deco and modern luxury, the immaculate interior has two smart TVs and all-new furnishings. Featuring the largest outdoor balconies in the city, this rental also offers alfresco dining, in-unit laundry, and reserved garage parking. The open-concept living area is fitted with a smart TV and a Murphy bed. A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops gleam in the pristine kitchen. When it's time to dine, the kitchen island seats everyone for meals. The luxe suite features a king-size bed, balcony access, and a smart TV. Great location, close walking distance to many good shops and resturants. The location was very clean and quiet with a really nice view from the massive balcony to have a cup of coffee in the morning or relax at the end of the day. On-site gated parking was a huge plus.

Perfect location!

This beautiful condo was the perfect spot for our first trip to Asheville. Just steps from many breweries, shops and restaurants. The huge balcony was cool and comfortable for morning coffee or a nightcap. Would definitely recommend this condo and we hope to be back again!
