Very clean and nice only complaint is it was a little hot inside the house and thermostat wouldn’t go very low

As it happened, Hurricane Lowell hit Kauai six days into our stay on the island. Our condo turned out to be a pretty good place to weather a hurricane and its aftermath, and Sophia, the on-island property manager, was wonderful. She brought over flashlights and rechargeable lanterns before the storm hit and stowed the outdoor furniture so nothing went flying around. Afterward, she kept in touch as much as possible given that there was no electricity or internet and cell service was iffy at best for the first couple of days afterward. She was kind, understanding, and sympathetic throughout - thanks, Sophie! The property itself was really comfortable for our extended-family group of six - four adults and two kids. Attractive and convenient location, short drive to groceries, restaurants and some great beaches, etc, well-thought-out kitchen, comfortable beds. The pool complex is a short walk away. All in all, a great place to stay.

Thank you for such a warm and generous review, especially given the week the weather handed you. Sophia takes real pride in looking after guests, and it means a lot to hear she made the difference she did before and after the storm. A home that keeps an extended family of six comfortable, with the location and the easy access to the good stuff nearby, is exactly what we hope to provide.
