We enjoyed staying here so much and the fence was amazing for my new puppy to be able to travel with us! Sonny was an amazing host and provided us with a wonderful stay everything was as advertised.

The host was very kind and accommodating, and the location was convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, and most of the places we visited, including local stores and the beach, were about a 10-minute drive away.The space itself was not quite what I expected based on the listing. It is advertised as a cabin, but it felt more like an attached guest suite or in-law suite, as it is directly connected to the main house and we could hear the hosts upstairs. Also, the bathroom setup was a bit different than expected, with the toilet and laundry located in the same room behind a barn door.Overall, the host was gracious and the location was easy to get around from, but I think the listing could be clearer about the layout and setup of the space.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Aspen Villa! Be aware that this rental is connected to the main house, but is still very private, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Sonny provided everything we could possibly need in the kitchen like plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. There were also a nice variety of seasonings available! We enjoyed the large shower, but did not have time to use the sauna since we were out and about most of our trip. This is a perfect location for anybody looking to be close to the beach, but not pay astronomical hotel rates. We truly appreciated the attention to detail, and our hosts hospitality! Sonny reached out to check up on our experience within the first 24 hours, and promptly addressed every request and question we had. We would definitely stay here again, and suggest you do the same! Thanks again!

Finally settled in Wilmington after living in West Coast, Midwest, NYC, Austin and Raleigh.

I was looking for something that is close to beach, but also feels private and is surrounded by trees. I found the perfect house in Wilmington, in one of the most pristine and beautiful neighborhoods right by the Intercoastal waterways.

It is Unique in 3 ways -

1. Safety: Great for solo female travelers and families with kids, as it is on a no-outlet street with no through traffic

2. Privacy: The house is surrounded by trees from all sides, and has a huge fully fenced in backyard to enjoy relaxed and quiet evenings.

3. Luxury Amenities: Private Sauna Room, Log Cabin Feel with Antler Chandelier, Electric Adjustable Bed for unmatched comfort, 85 inch LED TV for Entertainment
