Perfect for groups, this expansive lakefront five-bedroom home located in a lavish gated community, boasts two large decks, BBQ grill, and a stone pathway to the lake.

LIVING AREAS

Unwind in the living area on the spacious sectional and watch a movie on the 42” TV with cable. Play a game of cards at the table for four and enjoy the warm ambience of the wood-burning fireplace.

Downstairs, the family room includes a 65” TV, electric fireplace, and a sectional.

Challenge your party to a pool tournament in the game room.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the remodeled kitchen with lovely white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a glass-top range, two ovens, a wine fridge, and a large island for preparing meals.

When it's time to eat, gather around the dinner table for four. Pull in the other four-top table for larger groups.

Downstairs, a kitchenette provides a wine fridge, sink, and bar seating for four.

Awesome Stay!

We absolutely loved this house! It was the perfect amount of room for us 11 people. We loved the the 2 separate living areas and game room. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The view was beautiful from the house and the house was very clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great river house for large groups

We had 6 adults and 4 kids stay over Memorial Day Weekend and it was fantastic. The lower level is great for pool, ping pong, and playing with the upper level being for cooking and relaxing. I would definitely recommend for larger groups.

Thanksgiving at the lake

Adding safety strips to the many stairs inside and out would be an improvement —several falls occurred but no real injuries. Bunkbed railings need attention. We all appreciated the charging strips by the beds. Appreciated the photos in the kitchen drawers and cabinets—well equipped kitchen. We were comfortable and happy!

This property did not disappoint. Everything was just as it was described and pictured on your website. The host was very accommodating when we discovered that our stock pot would not work on their cooktop. She purchased a stockpot that would work and delivered it in time for our planned seafood boil. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The landscape is so peaceful. Loved seeing the deer in the neighborhood. Overall, Oustanding property!!!

Location was good

The property in general was good. Only issues we faced was the bathrooms. We couldn’t use the standup shower upstairs because the curtain was not put up and we couldn’t figure out how to put it up. The tub shower upstairs didn’t drain unless you held the drain down. The tub shower downstairs did drain but very very slowly - so by the end of the shower we were standing in calf deep water. Other than this issue - the house and location was good.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful View!

This property is in the perfect location if you’re looking for a quiet escape. Tucked back inside a wooded neighborhood on a hill, it has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, but also lots of space to come together for meals, convo, or a fun game-night! The exterior could use a power washing - the sides of the front door and several spots in the rafters were covered in spiderwebs but the decks offer beautiful views of the river sunrise and sunsets and stargazing! We also spotted a lot of deer around. The house was short stocked on supplies like garbage bags and coffee filters but we were able to pick that up at the local grocery store. There are 3 pools in this community property - all very small but perfect for cooling off and we enjoyed time out on a boat rented at a nearby marina. The beds were comfy, as was the furniture. All in all, a great house we’d definitely stay in again!

Please be assured, we value your feedback, and your suggestion to powerwash the exterior of the home has been passed along to the homeowner. Please know that we stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get a typical reservation through a weekend or get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. By the way, you were perfect guests, and we’re looking forward to hearing from you again! If there is anything else we can do for you, please reach out anytime and let us know.

Great view and size

Loved the view and peaceful surroundings on the back deck!!!! The layout of the house accommodated adults and kids which was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat in (except coffee). It was our first encounter not to have coffee provided so the first morning was rough :) but we’ll be prepared next time. The only negative which lowered the review to 3 stars was the water pressure. The water system could not accommodate the use of more than one shower at a time. We chose the house because it offered five bedrooms and four full baths which we thought would accommodate 8 adults and three kids but in reality we had to stagger the use of the showers. We learned the hard way with the first use of the showers and it was frustrating to all. Imagine having soaped up and then lose all water because another shower was turned on. Very shocking to have to wait before you could rinse off. The house needs a booster pump to provide better water pressure throughout or at least provide notice or a disclaimer alerting the guest of this issue.

Perfect "Get Away"

My family and some friends for my son had a "staycation" get away at this property. This property was clean and well kept and matched the pictures perfectly. The boys connected video games to the downstairs TV and hung out there, playing pool and games. My wife and I enjoyed the upstairs all to ourselves. The decks offered great views of the lake. I fished some from the shore. There is a pathway with stairs to the shoreline. The upstairs kitchen is complete. I wish the downstairs kitchen had a mini fridge vs the wine cooler, and I wish it had a microwave downstairs, too. Nevertheless, the boys enjoyed having their space to hang out. There is a stereo with aux input for your phone or mp3 player. Internet was sufficient and easy to connect to. TV's work great and even have connections easily accessible for HDMI device connections. We watched a streamed event on the main TV via my laptop. The property is managed by TurnKey Vacation Rentals. We did have to call them due to an internet outage (area outage, no fault of the owner or management company). TurnKey responded quickly and offered a discount to compensate us for the service outage. Things happen through no fault of theirs, and they still voluntarily offered to make things right! This is the sign of a healthy and quality business. We will take notice of their properties in the future.

Beautiful views and great set up for large groups!

Beautiful neighborhood and property! We loved the split level and the kids loved the basement area and bunk room. Kitchen was well stocked and the views are gorgeous!

Surprisingly GREAT VRBO

Gorgeous home! It is located above the water with a beautiful view. Very spacious and had nice amenities. There is one thing that you need to add to you description of the house. It is full of feathers in pillows and comforters. We had two people that are highly allergic and it caused them to have allergic reactions. Overall it was perfect for our family Christmas!!

Wonderful house for families with kids and teens!

We traveled here with 2 families. The layout was awesome for the kids and teens. The lower level has three bedrooms and two baths with gameroom and living area. It felt like a basement for the kids to have their own space to hang out. Adults stayed upstairs where there are two bedrooms and two full baths along with kitchen and living area.. View of water is great. House is warm and cozy and mostly updated. Interior was clean. Windows are very dirty and have cobwebs all in them and some are fogged over and need replacing. Kitchen could use a little better stocking. (I.e. you need to bring your own foil, ziplock bags, non stick spray, condiments, sugar packets etc). There was washing machine, but no laundry detergent. If you need to go get supplies, the nearest grocery store is 25-30 minutes away, so it stinks if you forget something at the store. Other than that the house is lovely! Comfy beds, nice linens and furnishings. The decks and grill are huge and boast great views of the water. The neighborhood is currently voting on a proposition to outlaw short-term vacation rentals of the homes. Many signs were present supporting the new law and we had some neighbors who were less than welcoming to us, as they are not pleased to have people coming in and out of the neighborhood, even though we were quiet, courteous visitors. All in all, ee had a greta time and would recommend it friends and family.

Wedding Weekend

My family stayed here for my daughters wedding at Spicewood Vineyards. Perfect location! The home is lovely with an amazing top deck and view of the river. Plenty of room for 9 of us. Don’t let the cobwebs and dirt on the outside front door and windows throw you off, inside was clean. Small issue with lack of outside trash pick-up from the previous tenants, but that’s probably a scheduling problem. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice!

The home had plenty of room for the family, young kids with parents on bottom level and older couples on top. Bottom level had pool/ping pong table and 65” TV which entire family enjoyed. (One pool pocket missing) Kitchen had two stoves, nice coffee maker, microwave, fridge had ample room, although need to buy new spatulas. View from deck was beautiful with a nice breeze and a couple of deer visited. Front door, foyer, windows is ready for Halloween. Way to many spider webs, definitely needs a cleaning. Overall this home was nice with just some minor tweaking would be a 5*.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was beautiful and the convenience of the lake being the backyard was beautiful! The gated community made the space feel safe. Although there was some water damages to the floor in the main room, we were already notified before and asked if we would still like to stay. So, great customer service. A plus is the water pressure and heat, which was super important with my big group. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Great group weekend getaway

Myself, my husband, and 4 other couples had an excellent memorial weekend here. Plenty of space and all the needed kitchen supplies. Great access to the water. Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Great Views of the Lake

House was just as pictured. Lake view was breathe taking. House had everything we needed.

Amazing home with an astonishing view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house amazing and exceeded all my expectations! The house was extremely spacious and offered an spectacular view of the lake. I was extremely happy and will definitely book this home again in the future.
