Positive: Great location to walk to the beach in only about 7 min.. Great pool, awesome lookout tower and nice outside setting areas w/market lights, extras for the beach like kids toys, surfboards, boogie boards, beach cart. Only about 10 minutes from downtown Duck, NC. Very nice neighborhood.Cons: Could use a new grill and dishwasher.

We also understand there was rainy weather during your stay, which can make it more challenging to get pets outside as often as planned. Following your departure, our team did have to perform additional carpet cleaning due to pet stains. We appreciate all of our guests helping us care for the home so it remains in great condition for future visitors. Wow - for the first time probably ever - I actually didn’t want to come home and this is coming from a homebody! Loved this house! The pool and hot tub were pristine. The entire house and kitchen were very clean. Loved the Nags Head Hammocks all over the multiple decks. They also had tons of beach gear ready to go - even an extra beach wagon, toys, boogie boards and surf boards. The tower at the top of the decks overlooks the ocean. I hope we can book this same spot again for next time.

We've been coming to the OBX for years, and this house checked all the boxes for us. Everything was exactly as advertised, the house was clean, and the location made it easy to get to all of our favorite spots.What really stood out was how responsive the host was. We had one minor issue, and despite it being Fourth of July weekend, someone was at the house within 30 minutes and had it taken care of. That's the kind of service that makes a difference.We spent most of our downtime around the pool, and the deck off the living room was the perfect place for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. Overall, it was a great stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to book this house again.

Fun and relaxing trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best properties my family has stayed at in the past several years we've been visiting OBX. My grandson even said it was his favorite house so far. Waking up in the morning was a treat to relax on the watch tower and see views of the ocean and feeling the relaxing breeze. The house had many nice added touches like a hammock and hammock chairs to relax in, a sofa by the pool, and the decks. There were board games and the tvs came equipped. The kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans for many great meals. The house was extremely csummer. We sent pictures to 2 of our family members who couldnt make it and they were so upset the missed the fun. Overall we were extremely happy and it is a very short walk to beach. We hope to book again for next sumner.
