NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Violation of this rule will result in a USD $1,000 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a $500 smoking fee.

To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay.
