The vacation home "Los Angeles" is located in Tías and creates a unique and welcoming setting for a getaway with a sea view.

The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

The vacation home offers a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and an outdoor shower. The outdoor area is furnished for dining and relaxing.

The vacation home is set in a well-served area, just 650 m from Old Town Harbour and 1.1 km from the beach of Playa Chica.

Fantastic property with great views looking out over the port.Our host Ernesto was great from the word go and provided thorough advanced information relating to the property and amenities in the surrounding area.On arrival Ernesto gave us a tour of the property which was very helpful. The stay itself was very comfortable with a kitchen with all the utensils you would need. There is a large living room with widescreen tv. The weather was mixed when we were there so, having this did help during the rainy days.Outside there is room for outside dining looking out over the port and room for a couple of sunbeds around the side.Overall, great host and great property. We would certainly book again.

Very good stay

We stayed here for four weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa is spacious enough for a long stay and is down a quiet cul de sac. It has a large outside area for sun bathing and dining. It is up a steep hill from the harbour but manageable. Nice restaurants close by are Antonio’s, Bamba and La Chalana. Only issue we had was there were no English channels on the TV we could find. Thank you to Ernesto our host.

An amazing villa in a prime location!

Pros: This villa was exceptional, well equipped, extremely comfortable, and with stunning views.. it felt like home. The view from the terrace is the best we have ever seen, and we have stayed in many apartments/ villas and hotels over the last 30 years. The villa is a mixture of Spanish rustic and modern contemporary, which added to its charm. It is situated in a quiet area close to the Old Town, with its vast array of restaurants and amenities, The host Ernesto was absolutely charming, welcoming us on our arrival to explain everything about the villa. He was the perfect host. We didn't have any issues, but knew that Ernesto was at the end of the phone if there was a problem. We can thoroughly recommend this villa as an ideal place to stay, and we will definitely be staying again! Cons: There are no negatives about this property.

Perfekter Ferienaufenthalt

Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße, Restaurants und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer, die Ausstattung des Hauses war super und hat eine schöne überdachte Terrasse. In der Küche war absolut alles da was man braucht, viel Geschirr, ein großer Kühlschrank und sogar eine Spülmaschine (die bei einem Familienurlaub sehr wichtig ist). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und bei unserer Ankunft waren für uns sogar Getränke im Kühlschrank kaltgestellt. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.
