Open floor plan, very spacious home great for a weekend getaway to the lake. Accessories such as bedding, towels etc included. Internet access - WiFi. Beautiful view of Lake Havasu from inside the home and the backyard. 5 minutes from the London Bridge. Functional Laundry room included. Parking in the driveway. Garage's not included. Maximum guest headcount is 6. No exceptions.

Hi, I'm Monty. I've been coming to Lake Havasu and the Colorado River for decades, and my family considers it the "Happiest Place on Earth!"

I've been a multiple-property owner and property manager for many years, and I've had the privilege of helping visitors enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer.

Before retiring, I spent more than 30 years as a wedding and portrait photographer, photographing over 1,000 weddings. Being part of so many families' special moments was one of the greatest joys of my life.

Family—and the beginning of new families—has always been close to my heart. I hope you and your loved ones enjoy the lake, the river, and the memories you create here as much as my family has over the years.
