Welcome to Camellia Cove—a tucked-away apartment in Ormewood Park where quiet residential streets, Grant Park afternoons, and Atlanta’s creative energy all meet. Spend your days exploring the BeltLine, Zoo Atlanta, East Atlanta Village, and neighborhood coffee shops, then return to a space layered with warm textures, collected details, and an easygoing city feel. With a shared courtyard, thoughtful interiors, and pet-friendly accommodations, Camellia Cove offers a more local side of Atlanta living.

There is 1 full bathroom in the apartment with spacious walk-in shower with modern finishes plus a stacked washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

Ormewood Park offers a quieter, more residential rhythm of Atlanta—where patio dinners, weekend walks, and neighborhood spots shape the experience of the city.

Guests have full private access to Camellia Cove during their stay, this will include the left side of the duplex and the shared courtyard area. This is a downstairs unit.

One free off-street parking space is provided for the unit, and additional free street parking is available nearby for extra vehicle.

For loading and unloading, guests may briefly use the shared driveway for up to 10 minutes. The driveway is shared with neighboring residents, so we ask that guests keep access clear and move vehicles promptly after unloading.

➤ This is a duplex, your unit will be on the left with the yellow door. There may be guests staying on the other half of the duplex. This is the downstairs unit.
➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to purchase additional disposables or restock items for longer stays.
➤ This property is pet-friendly. We welcome friendly, house-trained pets for a $75 fee per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, each not exceeding 50 lbs. After booking, guests must immediately let us know how many pets will be staying. Unapproved pets are subject to additional fees.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ Only registered guests are allowed on the property—no unapproved visitors.
➤ No third-party bookings (the reservation must be made under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (including candles, incense, or sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please be respectful of the quiet, family-oriented neighborhood and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially in the evenings.
➤ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

1. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

2. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors. We have a noise detector inside the unit that alerts us, and neighbors may contact us with any issues.

3. No parties or events allowed.

4. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. We have a smart smoke detector inside the unit that will alert us. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

6. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest. We do have exterior cameras in place to ensure that only registered guests are entering the property. Exemptions may be made for daytime visitors, but they must be approved in advance—please let us know ahead of time if you plan to have any visitors. No unauthorized overnight guests are permitted.

7. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.

8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement.

9. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
