The apartment was just as described, comfortable, and sparkling clean. The host is extremely friendly and attentive. The unit is very convenient to the Coast Guard Academy. We enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient to local campuses and had all amenities needed for solo traveler, as advertised. Apt was modern and clean. Would return!

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it as much as our first visit. Clean and cozy! The refrigerator has been upgraded which is very nice. Friendly and responsive host. Great proximity to the Coast Guard Academy.

Apartment was very clean and updated. Host checked in to see how everything went for check in and delivered some water and treats to myself and my sons. Also reminded me to use driveway for my convenience.

Place is clean and conveniently located. Host was communicative. Parking was really tricky. Got blocked by a U-haul truck in the driveway when we tried to leave one morning. Then when we came back, two locals were talking between their two cars and wouldn’t move to let us back into the driveway so we had to park on another street.

Comfortable modern, tastefully decorated & bright apartment, Super clean, convenient & wallet-friendly location in a quiet & safe neighborhood. Easy communication with host who clearly takes pride in her new property and wants guests to have the best experience. Kitchenette was adorable & host even supplied real creamers for the coffee & a "welcome" bottle of wine! ( thank you). Living area felt quite spacious and was bigger than it appears in photos with a large LG TV. Bedroom & bath were unexpectedly huge and well-appointed. Good for solo, couples and young family (pull out couch). Just two steps to enter unit. Perfect home base for a visit to downtown New London, Groton & short ride to Mystic. Would rent again.

This was a great use of space! The unit was very clean and the host had left snacks and instructions. The location was fantastic as we could walk to the coast guard academy. The bed was comfy as well!

Had a wonderful stay and this is a beautiful little apartment. Host was extremely responsive and great to work with!! Very clean and new atmosphere! Floors were a little dirty , though we didn’t realize until we walked barefoot, this was mentioned to the host and she had corrected. Again, beautiful apartment and would highly recommend!!
