Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator and kitchenware—everything you need to feel right at home.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are available for guest use at no extra charge (shared facility).
Important House Rules & Guest Policy
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and keep good relations with our neighbors, please adhere to the following:
Parking: Guests are provided with one free parking space in the backyard. The shared driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles; please park carefully to ensure all guests can enter and exit easily without incident. If parking on the street, please ensure you have the appropriate Parking Permit.
Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed in your reservation. Unauthorized overnight guests are strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
Visitor Policy: All visitors (including daytime guests) must be pre-approved by the host and must depart by 11:00 PM. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $100 fee and may result in immediate booking cancellation without a refund.
Quiet Hours: Per city regulations, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No loud talking or music during this time.
No Smoking & No Parties: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Hosting parties, disruptive gatherings, or events is forbidden. The outdoor courtyard area is reserved strictly for registered guests and approved visitors only; please keep it clean.
No Pets: Due to hygiene and allergen concerns, we are unable to accommodate pets.
