Guests will find a welcoming space featuring a 12X18 new composite deck, a king bed, queen bed, twin daybed with another twin trundle bed. This home is perfect for families or small groups. With 2.5 bathrooms, including one with a jetted bathtub, relaxation comes easy after a day of exploring. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning as well as electric and gas fireplaces. Whether you’re unwinding in the tranquil bedrooms or enjoying the delightful living areas, this home offers a peaceful retreat. Downstairs you will find another living room with a couch, bar and TV. Just 25 minutes or less from the airport, downtown KC and just under 3 miles from the popular Legends/Village West district, there are so many options for enjoyment. I was born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas and have always been proud of our city. My life long dream was to be a race car driver and I pursued this passion my entire adult life. I began racing right down the street at Lakeside Speedway in 1991 and then the Kansas Speedway was built our city, and my life, changed drastically. After much tenacity, I achieved that dream to race professionally in the highest levels of NASCAR full-time for 12+ years. Currently, I am working in Charlotte, NC as an Account Executive, I am racing part-time and thoroughly enjoy being a motivational speaker.

I return to this home every 4-6 weeks to see friends, family and the city I love.

I’ve owned this home since 2003 and have been updating/remodeling and am looking forward to sharing it with others. I’ve had a full, fun and sometimes stressful life and this house has always been my happy place. There is just something about it that is so very relaxing.

I am really good friends with several of the neighbors so if you need anything or have any issues, help should be just a few minutes away.

I love to hear from guests and am always open to any suggestions or ways in which I can continue to update and improve the house. I have a long wish list and guest feedback will help me prioritize.

この宿泊施設の特徴

I believe the location and outdoor spaces make my property special. It is amazing how little traffic there is (except for race weekend, of course) and how convenient it is to get to most major venues in the city.
