1.- Pool Equipment Usage – The operation of pool equipment is strictly limited to our personal staff. Please do not touch any valves, filters, or equipment. Unauthorized handling may result in damage and additional charges.

2.- Toilet Usage – Do not flush toilet paper, towels, or any other objects down the toilet. The septic system is not designed to handle these materials. A clogging fee of $100 per toilet will be charged if this rule is not followed. Please use the provided trash bins.

3.- Electricity Consumption – Air conditioning units and lights must be turned off when not in use. Electricity is billed based on consumption at check-out, so be mindful to avoid high costs.

4.- Guest Limit & Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance.
