The house was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay! There were a few hick-ups in the beginning but Joseph was johnny on the spot getting them taken care of as quickly as possible, he was great! The kitchen was nicely equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals and hang out while cooking. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The bedding and linens were very comfy and made us feel like we were home. As clearly stated in the listing...stairs, just know they are steep under house, but if you go to main entrance there's a midway platform half way up, so it's the better choice if you have anyone that may not find stairs that friendly. We loved the big TV downstairs under the house, we had some rain on our trip and were able to have the outdoor experience anyway while watching football and movies...but just know, there's only a picnic table and it's not the most comfy situation if you're wanting to relax, so I had a couple of bag chairs that did the trick, but not a lot of extra space for them. We did rent the LSV Golf Cart that's available on the premises and it was a "winner"...well worth it and it made the trip enjoyable. We didn't get to use any amenities due to weather and time constraints, but they're available which is nice! They do have a very nice grill if you're the grilling type...it cooks a mean steak! We also learned how to play some new dart games, which was also nice having under the house if there happens to be rain.
