Looking for relaxation and authenticity? Welcome to Borgo Vico. This 60 sqm home, converted from a historic stone house in a hillside village, offers a stunning view of Lake Mezzola and a glimpse of Lake Como. Built with local granite, it once stored chestnuts for flour and wine barrels from the valley.



Today, it’s perfect for couples or families (up to 3 guests) to explore Valchiavenna, Valtellina, and the Upper Lake Como area. Its strategic location lets you reach Switzerland and St. Moritz, the famous Crotti of Chiavenna, Acquafraggia Waterfalls with Prosto’s traditional biscuits, the villages of Lake Como (Bellagio, Varenna, Villa Carlotta), or Tirano for the Bernina Red Train.



Two-level layout:



Upstairs: double bedroom with private bathroom and balcony overlooking the lake.

Downstairs: living room with single sofa bed and equipped kitchen.



Comfort & Bike Area:

Wi-Fi, TV, fan (no air conditioning), gym equipment, crib and high chair. Cyclists are welcome: we provide a repair kit, bike washing and maintenance area. Ideal base for climbs like Spluga Pass or Maloja Pass.



Outdoors & Relaxation:

Private garden, two balconies, and panoramic terrace with loungers and umbrella for breakfast, dinners under the stars, or sunset aperitifs, with fresh herbs from the garden.



Location & Adventure:

5 minutes by car from the lake and SS36. Perfect for trekking (Val Codera, Tracciolino), sports like sailing and windsurfing, and cycling on the Valchiavenna and Valtellina bike paths.



Note: In the historic village, accessible by a mountain road (narrow in places) with free private parking for 3 cars.
