Maura's family has been vacationing in the Wells area for 70 years. Maura and Dave have purchased and renovated multiple special properties in the area that are available for vacation rental.

This house is in town, walking distance to convenience store, churches, ice cream parlor, free tennis, basketball and outdoor skating rink. There are other houses surrounding us, but the house is facing the lake, so there is a nice sense of privacy. There is a small road between us and the lake.



There is a dam across the street to the right, so when outside you may hear the water rushing (sounds like a waterfall). There is a fishing pier across the street to the left on the lake.
