Bournecoast are delighted to offer WAYSIDE, a charming first floor apartment forming part of an attractive converted house in a quiet residential area. The property benefits from off road parking and access to a garden, offering both convenience and outdoor space to enjoy. Ideally situated in the sought-after area of Southbourne, the apartment is within easy walking distance of the beautiful sandy beaches, a range of local shops, takeaways, cafes and restaurants making it an ideal coastal retreat.
THE APARTMENT:
This property has two bedrooms, the Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, whilst the second bedroom features Twin Beds.
The open plan lounge/diner is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet service Provider).
There is a separate kitchen/diner which includes a GAS COOKER - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.
The apartment has a family bathroom which has a bath with a shower facility and there is a separate toilet.
