Wonderful property close to downtown Helen. Plenty of space and loved the outdoor patio especially. This was definitely the perfect place for our stay and would 100% come back

Overall great experience. We loved the hot tub. The only issue was the upstairs bathroom lights didnt work. We thought the breaker possibly flipped because the night light wasnt working in the bathroom either. I tried to message the group that manges the VRBO but there was no response. I own part of that since I didnt call them directly. I would definitely stay here again. .

My family and I had a vacation in Helen. The house was pefect. It was clean, super comfortable, spacious and fun. We enjoyed the back patios, the video games and pool table, the hot tub and the gorgous kitchen. The host was a really good communicator. We liked being so close to Helen and to the golf course. We will definitely being staying there again.

Property was beautiful, everything we expected and more. My wife and our family loved it and will be planning on staying there again. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Game room was a hit, and it was soo close to the strip of restaurants!!!!

Great house for our family vacation.

Very nice house with lots of room for everyone. Everyone loved the zen den, hot tub and especially the game room. Would love to stay here again.

Great Stay

Amazing trip with friends in Helen Georgia. This house has everything we needed for an amazing time with friends. Plenty of rooms, 3 floors. One room had three queen beds! Amazing decor! Thanks! This house will not disappoint. Great location.

Gorgeous and Peaceful

My group came as a small wedding party and we were delighted by the entertainment options provided in house. We were so close to downtown and yet enjoyed so much solitude! The entire home was comfortably appointed and came with everything we could have needed during our stay. We loved the Serenity Strasse house!

The house was very nice. The only issue was the door lock had trouble with entry after the first time.. We had to contact Vacasa as well as the local manager while we were locked outside. Also, we were offered late checkout which we would have liked to have done, but when we tried, it would not process and when calling Vacasa, they would not honor the late checkout. Not good!

The house was very clean, well stocked and well maintained. It had plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out and not get in each other’s way when it rained. The hot tub was wonderful. The convenience to Helen was great. We loved the screened porch and the parking was so convenient. The price was good for us. One of the reasons we chose the property was that it was pet friendly and I had a 15 yo Yorkie who needed to be taken on the trip. She passed always few weeks after l booked the house. It was easy to contact the owner/company and a refund was reflected in the final payment. The grandkids and their parents enjoyed the pool. The 2 washers and dryers were so helpful. On the downside: the grill left a lot to be desired; the low living area furniture was comfortable but disappointing. The master bedroom needs a comfy chair to relax in and the game room could use a few comfy seats. More soft seating in the living area would be helpful. I didn’t appreciate the Buddha in the zen room.

This was the first time ever that we were not disappointed with a property we rented for vacation. Everything was just as expected. If i had to give one suggestion, it would be to have more towels available. For a home that has a max of 14 available, we found ourselves having to was towels so others could use them. Other than that, it was perfect! Thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful Home for a Get Together

This home was large enough for our party of 6 with room to spare. It was close enough to town to walk but we drove... parking in town was easy. We cooked some and the home had all the pans and dishes we needed. This is bear country and we had a bear take a bag of chips off the front porch. Glad I was not sitting there when she came up. Just keep an eye out for them and do not leave food outside. She was not disturbing in any other way. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to experience the cute German town of Helen in the most comfortable way.
