For security purposes, we require all guests over 21 to submit a valid ID.

No pets allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Loud and obnoxious behavior is not permitted.

No smoking allowed inside and around the premises. No marijuana or drugs on premises.

Renters assume responsibility for safe usage of the pool and supervision of children near water.

Grilling is allowed in the built in kitchen area only.

No Parties are permitted.

Crossing from property to property behind the fences on the bay is forbidden.

Entering any property not included in this rental is forbidden.

Please do not leave doors open while in or out of property.

Clotheslines are not permitted. Hanging laundry, towels, swimsuits from balconies and
porches, etc. are not permitted.

The HOA reserves the right to fine every violation of the rules, regulations and policies at a minimum of $500 per violation.
