The Space:

Discover ease, comfort, and convenience while enjoying the numerous attractions of the greater Sarasota area! Relax in the two-bedroom, ground-floor condo or take advantage of on-site access to two outdoor swimming pools, a playground, a clubhouse with a grilling area, and courts for tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and basketball.



Nestled among meticulously maintained grounds, this ground-floor condo offers a tranquil pond with fountains just beyond the screened lanai. The lanai is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee and plan your day with the complimentary WiFi.



Inside, the air-conditioned condo is spacious and filled with natural light. It features an eat-in kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook, an additional dining area, and a living room with cable TV and doors that open to the lanai. After spending your days exploring the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art or the beaches of Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key, you can sleep soundly in either of the two bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV. For additional sleeping arrangements, a twin rollaway bed fits perfectly in the living room, and a pack-n-play is available for younger guests.

We were very happy with our condo! It was exactly what was described and pictured .The check in and check out were so easy. The communications were outstanding and I was able to find all the information I needed on the website.Highly recommend!.

Great location

Overall a great place! Pool was lovely, property was in good shape considering the damage from the hurricanes in the area! Would definitely stay again! Lots of starter essentials which was a great surprise! (Second bed was not super comfy… could use a replacement)

Miss

Great property, warm pools and hot tub. Comfy beds and plenty of toiletries. Floors were very dirty like turn your socks black dirty but other than that everything was great. Would def stay again.

Beautiful and Super Clean

The condo is beautiful and very clean! Love the extra amenities. Centrally located to lots of great restaurant. The beach is a short drive away, and the pool/courts are a very short walk away. Easy check in and check out. We definitely want to come back!

Two month stay

This was the third condo in this complex we have rented over the last 7 years. Overall we were very pleased with this property. It was very comfortable and clean. There were enough pots, pans, cooking utensils and glasses. All appliances worked just fine. There were some minor maintenance issues that we listed for the owners to address. I would rank this property #2 of the 3 we rented.

Sarasota Getaway

I'll be brief. We came to Sarasota because our Daughter will be attending Ringling College in the fall.She had to attend a pre-school orientation. When we arrived at night the entrance to the door was full of cob webs and dirt. It kinda looked like no one had been there for days. When we got inside the master bedroom and bath were full of mosquitos. Overall for what we paid it was an okay stay. The check out rules that were posted where very strict. The host was requesting on the checkout that we had to wash one load of towels and linens prior to check out.

Place not recommended

Place was dirty, lanai was filthy with stained cushions. Part of table was outside in the bushes. Old Sofas were dirty and stained. Part of stove didn't work properly. Pans were disgusting, we had to buy our own just prepare our meals. Would not recommend to anyone if not fixed

Nice Condo + Great Location

This nice condo was in a great location. Only 15-20 minutes from the ocean/beach. We particularly like Anna Marie Island. Around 25 minutes from Sarasota, 45 minutes from Tampa, 1.5 hrs from Ft. Myers, and 2ish hours from Orlando. The complex was very nice and clean. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a tennis court. The condo itself was cozy and perfect for our family. The master bedroom had a walk in closet, nice shower, and a large space for getting ready. The other bathroom had a tub, which was perfect for bathing the kids. (We have 3 under 3.) The walk in closet was stock with several things that were thoughtfully added to make your stay more enjoyable. My only complaints would be that check in process was a little extra, but simple enough once the process was explained. The left front burner didn’t work on the stove. The paper towels and toilet paper were very cheap, so if that bothers you, bring your own of higher quality. There wasn’t any ice cream scoop, so bring that too. 😂
