Located in the Pili Mai community, you'll be surrounding by the Kiahuna Golf Course with gorgeous views of the mountains, the palms, and the South Shore landscape. Boasting private stair access, you'll enjoy your own slice of paradise within the complex. Take in a spectacular scene from the spacious lanai and delight in the elegant design and high-end furnishings throughout the interior.





This gorgeous condo boasts an expansive, open living space with in-home essentials including central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer promising modern comfort. The island kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and sleek, stainless stainless steel appliances. There's space to dine at the breakfast bar for three or the full dining table set for four. The breezy, covered lanai just outside is the perfect place to enjoy a sunset cocktail or your favorite after-dinner beverage.





Pili Mai is scenically situated alongside the Kiahuna Golf Course, a quick stroll from Poipu Shopping Village (where you'll find live Hula dancing and Hawaiian music every Monday and Thursday night) and beautiful Kiahuna Beach. Amazing Family Trip

This home was fabulous and perfect for us. It's at a central location, it was clean and spacious. The home is roughly a 5 min walk to Paco Tacos restaurant on the gold course, great food and rinks. Two minor things occurred but the local staff was quick to take care of our concerns. We would refer this location for your Kauai trip!

Great for families

The layout gave everyone a very private bedroom & each with a bathroom. Kitchen supplies were fabulous & they had a lot of beach equipment. Great pool & convenient location to many of the attractions.

Beautiful & close to beaches!

This was a perfect location. It’s extremely close to several beaches. Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels were provided. The unit had designer appliance and comfortable beds. My family enjoyed the pool area.

Wonderful stay

We just finished our stay and I have to say it was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed and more. It was so nice that they had beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and more. The beds are really comfortable and the condo was nice and quiet when we would get home at night. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Location

The condo is amazing. Very spacious and had high end finishes. We had a wonderful breeze coming in from the linai; didn't turn the A/C on once. The condo is within a short walk to the Poipo Shopping Village that has restaurants as well as Poipu Beach. It's also about a 10 min drive to Koloa. We had an amazing vacation.

Beautiful home!! Great property mgmt company!

This beautiful home is located at the end of a quiet street. Great location with a lil shopping center within walking distance. Very clean with lots of amenities including a few types of coffee and all the cooking items you'll need. Our first night there we had an issue w one of the toilets making a noise but the property mgmt company was very responsive and the problem fixed by the next day! We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Sparkling Clean, nice decor, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could think of even many spices!! Hair dryer curling iron and first aid kit in the bathrooms. Comfortable beds, nice sheets. Great lanai, good location. Nice pool, lots of towels. Great communication ! Only thing I would say is we could have used 2 more chairs at the dinning room table for our party of 6. Thanks for a great time !! Would recommend it for sure

Beautiful, well appointed condo

Very comfortable, great layout for 3 couples & pretty much everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Good location too - close to everything. Did have a small issue with the A/C - bedroom closest to front door didn't seem to be getting much air, but room closet to lanai was like a meat locker. Shut some vents, which helped the too cold rooms, but didn't seem to affect the warm room. Couldn't figure out how to make A/C stay at a warmer temp (we just kept resetting when we noticed). Super nice to have A/C & if we were staying longer probably would have called about it. Other than that, it was lovely! Met or exceeded all expectations!

Perfect Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay in the condo! It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with pans and prep ware and has upgraded appliances. The boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were great to have for long days at the beach. Condo is in a great location - close to restaurants and great for morning walks to the beach. As much as we loved our stay, we did have a few issues. We were notified a day before our stay that the a/c was not working and would not be fixed until much later. Instead we were provided portable a/c units in 2 of the bedrooms and the owners worked to get us an additional one for the third bedroom. This really made the stay amazing as the nights were warm and the condo is an upstairs unit. We also discovered an active hornets nest on one of the windows close to the lanai. We notified guest services and they had property facilities remove the nest the next day. So although we had a few issues, it did not dampen our stay or affect how much we enjoyed the home. Communication between the home owners and property management was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Condo

We just stayed at this lovely condo and have no regrets. It is beautiful, spotless clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We were impressed with how they thought of everything and we moved right in without problem, other than we had trouble finding it in the dark when we first arrived. Although we're giving 5 stars, there are a few issues. First, when the A/C turns off there is an annoying boom every time, loud enough to wake us up. It seems obvious that the metal ductwork is making the noise when the air pressure changes. I am sure it would be an easy fix for a competent A/C person, yet other reviewers have mentioned it so it's not being dealt with. Second, this unit is right on the street leading into Pili Mai and to the adjacent golf course and there is almost continuous traffic, most exceeding the 20 MPH speed limit. The noise is constant much of the time and annoying. Third , the Internet and TV were lacking. There is no live TV feed so we used Netflix and Hulu, but the network was so spotty that watching a movie was difficult, with buffering every couple minutes through the whole thing. And finally, we called Vacasa because we ran out of paper towels and there was no kitchen sink stopper. The person I spoke to was very polite and said they would be happy to bring what we requested within 24 hours. They never showed up. We would definitely go to Pili Mai again, but may hesitate on 15K. I hate to say anything bad about 15K because it was a wonderful place to stay; it just has these issues.

We appreciate your feedback that you had no regrets during your stay, despite some issues you may have encountered, like the AC releasing some boom noise that could wake you up along with the surrounding noise and the internet being spotty and causing you to have difficulty watching movies.
