First floor: a brand-new kitchen with all-new appliances, a large living room with plenty of seating, and a spacious dining room (table for six-plus, with extra chairs provided) — perfect for big group meals.

Second floor: 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Third floor: 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom.

Every bedroom has a brand-new memory foam mattress. Outside you`ll find a front patio, a back patio, and a large backyard with a fire pit — plus off-street parking for 3 cars and free street parking out front.

Guest Access
The entire home, backyard, and parking are exclusively yours for your stay. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy for big groups arriving at different times.

Getting Around
You`re right in the action near OSU. Walk to the Ohio State Fairgrounds (5 min), Newport Music Hall (13 min), and The Ohio State University campus (14 min). It`s a quick drive to the Short North, Convention Center, Nationwide Arena, and downtown Columbus, with CMH airport about 13 minutes away. Bus stops are right on 4th St. and rideshare is cheap and easy. Off-street parking for 3 cars plus free street parking means the whole group can bring vehicles.
