This property is located just across the highway from The San Elijo State Beach and Campground. It is located half a block from Glenn Park, which is a local community park with tennis courts, picnic areas, a basketball court and a children's play area. The beach access is a quick 10 minute walk via Chesterfield which crosses Highway 101. This Cardiff-By-The-Sea townhome has three bedrooms featuring two queen beds and two twin beds, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably. The three bathrooms include a jetted bathtub, perfect for soaking after a day of exploring. There are two balcony seating areas and a shaded rear ground floor patio with a gas barbecue.
