Modern, renovated apartment in an urban mansion, a 10-minute walk from the Croisette

This fully equipped vacation rental, officially rated 3 ***, is very centrally located (less than a 10-minute walk to the Palais des Congrès, the beaches, and the Croisette; 5 minutes to the main shopping street, Rue d’Antibes, and the main train station) in the popular Saint-Nicolas neighborhood.

The very quiet apartment (facing the courtyard) is ideal for both business travelers and vacationers. The apartment is located on a quiet street; shopping options such as supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, etc., are less than a 5-minute walk away, and there is a small supermarket on the first floor of the building.

The vacation apartment, newly furnished in 2023, is located on the 1st floor; access to the apartment is via an elegantly designed marble staircase or conveniently by elevator.

The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 3 people (no small children); the 3rd person uses the large new fold-out sofa as a sleeping area. The unit features a living-dining room with a fully equipped, open kitchen and a separate dining area (seating up to 4 people).

The living area, with a comfortable sofa, a separate upholstered armchair, and a smart TV corner, invites you to relax; a small, separate desk with an office chair, offering a view through the floor-to-ceiling window into the courtyard, can be used as a workspace.

From the living room, you enter the bedroom, which features a comfortable double bed, a spacious dresser, a wardrobe, and two nightstands with lighting. An armchair in a small alcove in front of the bedroom window invites you to relax. All bed linens (antibacterial) are provided.

From the bedroom, you enter the bathroom, which features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, towel warmer (which also serves as a heater), makeup mirror, hair dryer, and bathroom scale. For your convenience, high-quality shower gel and shampoo, as well as bath and hand towels, are provided. In the summer, beach towels are available for your use.

Technical Features: All windows have electric shutters; a reversible air conditioner provides cooling or heating; a smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming services, as well as over 200 TV channels (mostly French); and Wi-Fi in all rooms ensures a comfortable stay. A portable electric fan heater can also be used to heat individual rooms in the winter.

The kitchen is very well equipped: an induction cooktop, a modern oven, a washing machine, a microwave, a range hood with lighting, an iron and ironing board, a Nespresso machine (capsules), a toaster, a sandwich toaster, a kettle, a smoothie blender, and all necessary kitchen utensils round out the amenities.

Parking: There are two parking garages in the immediate vicinity: the modern and very clean Saint-Nicolas parking garage is 270 meters away and is open 24 hours a day. The Parking Isola Bella is 210 meters away and is also open 24 hours a day. More info at: www.effia.com.
There are many free parking spots on the streets immediately surrounding the apartment. You can usually find an open spot within a few minutes.

Parking spaces specifically for loading and unloading are very limited; please use the small parking lot on Rue Louis Braille (on the right side; paid parking). You’ll also find an EV charging station there.

You’ll be staying right in the center of Cannes in a quiet neighborhood behind the main train station, with its own shops, restaurants, and more.

You can easily reach major attractions such as the "Croisette" and its adjacent beach with many beach clubs, the main shopping street Rue d’Antibes with numerous stores, as well as the countless restaurants, the two movie theaters, the Palais des Festivals, and the renowned 5-star hotels Martinez, Majestic Barrière, and the renovated Carlton are all easily accessible via three different underground pedestrian tunnels that run beneath the train station.

So you can easily walk to the beach for a swim (8 minutes) and then walk back home afterward (public beach: Plage Macé; or private beach: our recommendation—Plage Goéland—a long-established, family-owned beach with excellent service).
