The house is damp, old and dirty. It doesn’t look like the photos and is much smaller in real life. When we arrived there was not even toilet paper in the toilets…The host asked us to pay for wood for the fire, in a very rude way on Christmas Day, which if we’d known, we would have bought ourselves, as the heating didn’t work in the house. We sadly won’t be staying there again and don’t recommend.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations, especially regarding cleanliness and the size of the house. We appreciate your feedback and will work closely with our team to ensure that the photos accurately represent the property and to enhance our maintenance and cleanliness standards. We also apologize for the inconvenience of not having toilet paper available and for the communication issues regarding the firewood, particularly on Christmas Day.
