The Wellenreiter apartment is located on the first floor of the beautiful Villa Ambienta, in a prime location right in the heart of the city center, yet in a quiet setting.
The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, stretching for kilometers, is just a 200-meter walk away.
A free parking space is reserved for your car right in front of the house.
You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the storage room.
All our guests have access to free Wi-Fi.

You’ll find the “Wellenreiter” at Villa Ambienta at Heinrich-Heine-Strasse 6 in Binz, featuring an east-facing balcony and a south-facing terrace. 
It’s just 200 meters to the beach. The apartment is approximately 45 m² and features an east-facing balcony and a south-facing terrace. In addition to the living room with an integrated kitchenette and a sleeper sofa with a comfortable cold-foam mattress, the apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a high-quality pocket-spring mattress, a hallway, and a bathroom with a sink, bathtub, hair dryer, and toilet.
In the living area, you’ll find a separate dining area next to the seating area with a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and various small appliances.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
