We have been renting in the Black Hills for more than twenty years and have seen some dandies - this is of that category. It feels clean and new and quite spacious. It's near town and offers easy access to all the good stuff without being right in the middle of the chaotic tourist traps. We always make a trip to one of "Lynn's Dakota Mart(s)" to stock up after the long road-trip west, so the scarcity of condiments and such was no problem at all. We even left a few things, as usual, for future visitors. We can hardly imagine a more ideal hostelry for our visits, and will almost certainly return. Turkey and whitetail deer abound, and the scenery, as always, speaks for itself. Ten-out-of-ten and five-stars all the way.
