The Space:

This expansive and lovely 4BR/3.5BA home has everything you're looking for in a Myrtle Beach vacation. Enjoy accommodations for up to 10 guests, freshly updated décor, and a central location that’s walking distance from the beach.





Two master bedrooms await on the first and second floors, and the home's sweeping open-concept floor plan makes for a welcoming vibe. Take in the ocean-fresh air and pull up a chair on the roomy balcony.





You're close to absolutely everything the city has to offer: Family Kingdom, Ripley's Believe It or Not, the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, and so much more. Head to Market Common for fantastic tacos at Nacho Hippo within a 5-minute drive.





ABOUT THE HOUSE





Hardwood-style tile lines each floor of the spacious, updated home. In the living room, a couch and love seat offer a comfy spot to watch the 26” TV.





Granite counters gleam in the kitchen, which is equipped with a stainless steel French-door fridge, double sink, and a roomy breakfast bar for three. A sleek cafe table seats four more in the open-concept main space.





Step through the sliding glass doors to the breezy balcony, where four can sit for refreshments and relaxation.





The first-floor master suite features a queen-size bed, attractive wood furnishings, and a 24” TV. A walk-in closet offers ample room for your belongings, and the spacious en-suite bath features a tub/shower combination. An additional half-bath also serves this floor.





Find the remaining three bedrooms upstairs, each with their own 24” TV. Another queen-size master suite has its own en-suite bath with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom features two twin-size beds, and the fourth has a full-size bed.





A shared bath on this floor is equipped with another tub/shower combination, promising more than enough room for all your guests.





Extras at the home include parking for three cars under the carport, a washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, and complimentary Wi-Fi.





THE LOCATION





From the ocean to the waterpark, your expansive home is close to just about everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.





Drive 5 minutes to Market Common to dine at PF Chang's, Tupelo Honey, or Gordon Biersch. Arrive at Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Splashes Waterpark within 7 minutes. Or enjoy a stroll on the new Myrtle Beach Boardwalk blocks away.





See the sights at Ripley’s Believe it or Not or get a bird’s-eye view on the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, both a 10-minute drive away. And when you want some retail therapy, Coastal Grande Mall and Broadway at the Beach are both within a 12-minute drive.





Plus, it’s easy to get here - the airport is only 2 miles away.

This home is beautiful and very clean. It is located in a prime location very close to the beach within an easy five minutes of walking. It is also a family friendly, cozy environment that is suitable for my family of six. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were decorated nicely. I highly recommend this home to enjoy while in South Myrtle Beach.

The property location was great! Close to everything we wanted to do, very quick walk to the beach. Only thing that I would recommend is for the cleaners to mop a little better. On the first day we walked inside without shoes on and our feet were black. Other than that, there were no issues. Nice pool close to the house.

Everything was great used this location for a bachelor party weekend. Super convenient super chill. Plenty of beds and bathrooms! Would most definitely stay here again! Easy beach access and walking distance to a few restaurants!

Stayed at this home for a weekend getaway. The home is one block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood with high-rise hotels across the street. The home was clean upon arrival with a small community pool on site. I would describe the home as compact for a 4BR 3.5 bath which worked well for 4 people but may be tight for a large family. Overall the location, neighborhood, amenities and cleanliness of the home were very well appreciated.

Nice location

Our family of four and another family of four enjoyed a two night stay. The house worked well for our needs since it had 4 bedrooms and several bathrooms. The living room was tight, but the porch was nice with the morning breeze. We used the pool and it was very convenient waking distance to the public beach access. The house needs a deep clean, but was clean overall.

Another great experience in MB. Stayed in same location, different building. Love the access to Market Commons and Beach. Outside the hustle and bustle but with all the access. Would go again!

The property was represented accurately in the photos online but the property was not clean upon arrival. It is poorly maintained and needs a deep clean and paint job. Communication was less than adequate. It would take on average 3-4 days for a response leading up to the rental week. Once there we needed to reach out to the property management and once we talked to someone, they said they would call back with a follow up and never did. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Above Average Quality Throughout

The unit was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and included plenty of towels. A/C and multiple televisions all worked flawlessly.

Great location

The location was perfect. The space was clean, although the drain in the bathroom sink upstairs was prettt clogged. Living room space was small and hard to accommodate all 6 of us, but we spent so little time in the house, it wasnt a huge issue.

Awesome vacation home!

We enjoyed our stay at this property by Vacasa! We had 8 adults/teens and 2 kids ages 2 and 3 all under this one roof! If you have a group of 6 or more I would like to note that while there is plenty of room and beds for everyone the common area downstairs will be a little tight. We were not in the house enough for this to ever matter and the property owners did a great job with their pictures to show the full size of the room. If you are also looking to speak directly with property manager also know that this property is ran by a management group and you will not talk with the same person everytime. That being said any questions we had about the property or about check in were answered in a timely manner. We cannot wait to book this property again!
