Thank you for your sincere feedback and apologies for the cleanliness issues you faced! We did some constructional upgrades to the ceiling prior to your arrival that likely left the place less clean than our usual standards. The construction left a big mess and I paid for a construction cleaning prior to your arrival but it appears they didn't do a good job, deepest apologies! Regarding roaches/pests we have monthly service with a professional company and I've called them out for an additional treatment/inspection. Pests die upon trying to enter the house and I'm thinking the dead roaches you saw were likely also due to the construction project. I also want to say that I have invested very heavily into this property and continue to invest heavily. I'm refinishing some furniture this week and many more upgrades are planned as well! You wouldn't have recognized this property with how it looks 3 years ago! I'm messaging the cleaner about the missing bedsheets as that is unacceptable. We have staff on call to come resolve any issues within an hour or 2 so had you notified us about any of these issues during your stay we could have resolved them all quickly.
